Winter Registration is coming soon! Highlands Residents are eligible to register for the Winter session beginning November 14th.
Non-Residents will be able to register the following week, beginning November 21st.
Winter classes run from January through March. Keep an eye out in your mailbox and on our website in mid/late October for the Winter 2023 Activity Guide to see all that we will be offering!

Highlands Recreation District is fully committed to providing accessible facilities, elements and
