New! Payment Option Changes
Starting this winter session, customers registering for Highlands Recreation District programs who use a credit or debit card to make payments, will be subject to a 3.95% service fee. This fee is paid directly to the company processing the transaction and is not charged by the District. The flat $5 transaction fee will no longer be charged by the District.
Customers can avoid these fees by paying with alternative methods such as check or eCheck.
Please note that December childcare tuition payments are not impacted by this service fee, but future tuition payments will be.
