The Highlands Recreation District is excited to welcome two new staff members - Brandon Lee and Caitlyn Torress!

Brandon Lee – Aquatics Supervisor

Brandon Lee serves as the Aquatics Supervisor for Highlands Recreation District and brings a strong background in aquatic programming, operations, and safety. His experience includes working as a Pool Manager with the Alameda Recreation and Parks Department and as a Recreation Coordinator – Aquatics with the City of Martinez, where he oversaw aquatic programs and services. He holds certifications as a USA Swimming Coach, USA Masters Swimming Coach, and Emergency Medical Technician (EMT).  Please stop by and welcome Brandon.

Caitlyn Torres – EEC Coordinator

The EEC is excited to welcome our new Coordinator, Caitlyn Torres.  Caitlyn brings a strong background in early childhood education and is currently a Lead Teacher. Her first day will be Monday, March 30, 2026. Please stop by to welcome Caitlyn.
