Congratulations to the older toddlers who have graduated from the Monkey Room! All of the children have been going through lots of change this past month. The graduates have been preparing to join the Tigers or Chameleons by visiting the classroom or observing the preschoolers through the fence.  They have been greeting their new teachers in the yard and talking about the big kid toys they’ll use once they’re preschoolers.  The returning Monkey children are also stepping up to be the role models in the class. They have been improving their language skills to communicate, such as asking for help or saying hello to each other. They are also cleaning up a lot more since they’re now going to be the older children in the class. In addition, they have been practicing using gentle hands on the baby dolls to prepare and welcome new babies this year!
