I have been working with children of all ages since 2004 and with preschool aged children since 2007. I graduated from San Francisco State University in 2007 with a B.A. in psychology. Since then I have taken several Early Childhood Education courses. I found my niche with this particular group of children. I absolutely love watching them grow and learn. I love that I get to come to a job every day that allows me to teach these tiny humans something new and everything is exciting. As I transitioned from teacher to becoming a center director, I found that I really enjoyed working with not just children but with their families and creating partnerships in their child's development.
In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my daughter, Olivia and my husband, Neal. My husband and I are "professional hobbyists". I have been known to really get into bowling, golf, rock climbing, roller skating (although I am not good at this one at all), embroidery and baking. Although you can usually find me reading, streaming something or watching movies.
