In this class, we'll make royal icing and cookie glaze, then use them to decorate seasonally themed cookies. You'll learn some of The Cake Robin's tricks for beautiful cookies every time. Then you'll work on your own masterpieces and take them home with you! *Registration is per person.
The Buche de Noel, or Yule Log, makes any holiday table instantly festive and it's an elegant finish to your holiday meal. In this class, we’ll break down the components to a classic yule log: chocolate sponge, chocolate ganache, chocolate whipped cream and meringue mushrooms. Then you'll assemble and decorate your own mini yule log to take home! *Registration is per person.
