February was all about LOVE for the EEC! Whenever a holiday occurs, we tend to lean into it and make it our theme for the month. For Valentine’s Day, we focused on friendship building, love and kindness, and of course lots of heart themed activities. While we teach love and kindness throughout the year, the special day is a good reminder to do something a little extra to show friends you care. On the actual day, the children enjoyed some yummy breakfast treats and they passed out their special Valentine’s cards and treats to their friends.
Next month includes another favorite day for the children at the EEC: St. Patrick’s Day. Every year we make traps and try and catch that pesky little leprechaun, so be on the lookout for all the fun and chaos that little guy creates! Thanks for reading and take care!
Warmly,
Your EEC Team
