Highlands Dolphins Aquatic Club

A year-round, USA swimming affiliated team! Tryouts are scheduled Monday through Friday, between 3:45 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. Please contact Coach Julie at jliggett@highlandsrec.ca.gov to schedule a tryout.

American Red Cross Lifeguard Certification Courses – WINTER 2025!

The Highlands Rec Center will be looking to certify additional lifeguards this winter for our summer season! If you are interested in becoming certified and working for us next summer, please contact Janelle Slightam at slightam@highlandsrec.ca.gov.
