A fun and dynamic outdoor yoga class geared toward those who have little or no experience in yoga, (although all levels are welcomed!). Particular attention will be paid to safety and foundations during each pose. Classes will consist of a gentle warm up, a standing series, followed by a seated series, and savasana.
*Each participant is required to provide their own Yoga mat/Towel. Optional, yet recommended to bring 2 blocks + strap.
Class will be held in the HRD Gym

Tuesday and Thursday mornings, $125 for Residents, $138 for Non-Residents
Tuesday only or Thursday only options also available. $63 for Residents, $70 for Non-Residents
Drop-ins $15 per session.
