Hi! My name is MaryEllen Hodge. I have 6+ years’ experience working in different environments with children. I have worked in preschools, elementary schools, and camps. I have a AS degree in Early Childhood Education, a BA degree in speech and language sciences and will be going for my Masters soon. I have a lot of interest in speech pathology and working with children with speech problems. I love working with children because it brings me joy and fulfillment to watch them learn and grow, and know that I was part of it.
My interests outside of work are cooking, being outdoors with my dogs, and doing arts and crafts. I am a huge animal lover. I have 2 dogs, chickens, and a bird. I love to try and bring all of these interests into the classroom, especially arts and crafts. I love being creative and finding ways to help children express their own creativity. I am very open, funny and silly, and talkative.
