Highlands Rec held an Upcycled Art Contest for Earth Day this year. The community was encouraged to express their creativity using recycled materials. All entrants were placed into a raffle to win an eco-friendly prize! Thank you to everyone who participated and a big congratulations to our winner, David,4 who is in our Chameleons class!
