We offer year-round, full day (7;30am-6:00pm) childcare for children ages 3 months through 5.5 years. 

The After School Program is a licensed childcare program for children ages 5-12 and grades Pre-K-5. We provide full day care on Highlands Elementary School Staff Development days, and extended care on minimum days.

The "In Crowd" programs provides after school care for students enrolled at Borel Middle School. Staff meet students at the Sam Trans bus stop on Bunker Hill and walk them to the In Crowd located at CSMUC 2145 Bunker Hill Drive. We provide extended care on all minimum days and teacher in-service days.

The Highlands Recreation District offers a wide variety of youth enrichment classes. Typical offerings include: dance, art, sports, science, music, language, and chess. We also offer half day or full day specialty enrichment camps for Spring Break, Summer Break, Fall break, and Winter Break!
