On September 10th, the Highlands Community Emergency Response Team conducted a Dry run to assess preparedness and be ready for when the next emergency comes. All scenarios were done well and we look forward to hosting another CERT academy this winter. Highlands Recreation District is fully committed to providing accessible facilities, elements and
