The Rec is excited to bring back in-person camps and classes! Each camp and class will have measures in place to make sure everyone can still remain physically/socially distant to be safe while still having fun!

Yoga Classes

A fun and dynamic yoga class geared toward those who have little or no experience in yoga, (although all levels are welcomed!). Particular attention will be paid to safety and foundations during each pose. Classes will consist of a gentle warm up, a standing series, followed by a seated series, and savasana.
*Each participant is required to provide their own Yoga mat/Towel. Optional, yet…

Zumba Classes

Ditch the workout, join the party! Have fun getting fit! Burn calories along with stress while dancing to passionate Latin and World music. Medium intensity. Beginners welcome! Ages 18+
