Customers registering for Highlands Recreation District programs starting in the winter session and moving forward,
who use a credit or debit card to make payments, will be subject to a 3.95% service fee. This fee is paid directly to the company processing the transaction and is not charged by the District.
Customers can avoid these fees by paying with alternative methods such as cash, check, or eCheck.
Please note that December ONLY tuition payments are not impacted by this change.
