Exercise is essential for our health and well-being. For adults, recommended activity is 150 mintues per week. That's as little as 30 minutes a day, for 5 days.

Attend our Yoga class with Meredith Macaulay, 6-7PM in the Multipurpose Room, beginning 7/6 

Enroll in Lap Swim at the Highlands Recreation Pool.
