How time flies! Hard to believe it’s almost Halloween. It seems like yesterday that we were installing the pool climbing walls and enjoying the last days of summer. There are a few other amenity updates to share, and we’ve made progress on two projects.
The fitness room has been rearranged and we’ve added a set of kettlebells to make it a more user-friendly work-out space. There is now a rolling pickleball net, stored on the tennis court, for use on the sports court. Reach out to the Registration Office if you’d like to obtain a key to access the net for games on the sports court.
Sometime in October the Rec’s stairs and deck renovation work will begin – keep an eye out for construction activities. And preliminary steps have been taken to deal with the 2 landslides we had from the atmospheric rivers last winter and spring. There’s no timeline on construction yet, as engineers are still in the planning stages, but we hope to have those elements remedies early next year.
Hope to see you all at the Halloween Family Fun Night event on the 27th!
